This Privacy Policy explains what information Aireadio ("we", "us") processes when you use aireadio.com and the Aireadio web app, and the choices you have. By using Aireadio you agree to this policy.

Information stored on your device

Most of your data stays on your own device in your browser's local storage: your settings, listening history, favourites, voice choice, playback position, and generated content. This information is not uploaded unless you sign in to enable cross-device sync. We do not sell your personal data.

What we process when you use features

• Topics you enter are sent to our content provider to prepare spoken scripts, and to Microsoft Azure to synthesize speech.
• Optional account sign-in (email or Google) stores your email so we can sync your data across devices. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Basic technical data (such as IP address and device/browser type) may be processed by our hosting and third-party providers to deliver and secure the service.

How content is made

Spoken scripts are machine-generated using third-party large language models, and speech is synthesized with Microsoft Azure Text-to-Speech. Generated content is informational and may be imperfect — please verify important details independently.

Advertising & cookies

Aireadio is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to Aireadio and other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu.

Some links to books, audiobooks, and retailers (for example, Amazon) are affiliate links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate Aireadio, which may process limited data on our behalf: hosting and content delivery (Vercel, Cloudflare), authentication and sync (Supabase), speech synthesis (Microsoft Azure), and advertising (Google AdSense). Each operates under its own privacy terms.

Data retention & security

Locally stored data remains until you clear it (via "Clear local data" in Settings) or clear your browser storage. Account data is retained while your account is active. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Aireadio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

• Clear all local data at any time from Settings → "Clear local data".
• Opt out of personalized ads using the links above.
• Request account deletion by emailing [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
