Aireadio respects the intellectual property of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how our content works and how rights holders can ask us to remove material.
About our content
- The book guides, reviews, quizzes and knowledge explainers in Aireadio are AI-generated original commentary and information about books and topics. They are not the text of the books themselves, and are not intended to reproduce or substitute for any copyrighted work.
- Any longer, near-verbatim readings are limited to works we reasonably believe are in the public domain.
- Cover thumbnails and bibliographic details (title, author, rating) are used to help users identify a book and to link out to retailers where it can be purchased.
- Links to retailers may be affiliate links.
Report copyrighted content (takedown request)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe that content on Aireadio infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, organization, and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact location of the material on Aireadio (book title and/or link/screenshot).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the material promptly (typically within a few business days), and we may notify the affected user.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its prior location, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We may remove content and restrict accounts associated with repeated infringement.

- 你的姓名、机构与联系方式。

反通知
